The law offices of George M. Stark, P.A. provides legal representation in
the Practice Areas of motor vehicle accidents, medical
malpractice, and premises liability cases. Since 1987, George M. Stark has represented thousands of victims
of automobile, truck and motorcycle accidents. He has also acted as lead counsel and co-counsel on medical
negligence claims and handled many cases coming under the heading of general personal injury, including cases involving injuries
caused by dangerous conditions.

George M. Stark was admitted
to the Florida Bar in 1976 and is a graduate of California State University and Southwestern University School of Law. In
his early career as a lawyer, he was employed as an Assistant Public Defender in Hillsborough County from 1976 through 1981.
He was assigned to the Felony Division where he gained significant experience as a Trial Lawyer.
Between 1981 and 1987, George
engaged in a General Civil Practice and handled diverse personal injury cases representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants.
George continued his general civil practice until 1987, at which time the law firm of George M. Stark, P.A. was established
exclusively for the practice of accident and injury law. Over the years, his practice areas grew.
In 2005, the law firm of George M. Stark, P.A. opened a second location to serve the needs of clients in Wesley Chapel
and throughout northern Tampa and Pasco county.

and the American Inns of Court.
